UPDATE 1/12/2023 1:30 p.m.: DOTD Spokesperson Deidra Druilhet said I-49 north will will be closed completely beginning on Jan. 20 and last throughout the weekend.
“We do anticipate motorists still being able to travel on that one lane on I-10 eastbound but there will be sometimes where we need to completely shut down I-10 eastbound,” Druilhet said. more here
